The Art of Shaving's Bergamot & Neroli Shaving Cream helps hydrate and soften beard hair for a close, comfortable shave. It produces a rich, foamy lather that protects the skin from irritation by improving razor glide and is formulated with a high concentration of glycerin to leave your skin feeling smooth.
Our Mediterranean-inspired Bergamot & Neroli Shaving Cream is made with precious Neroli essential oil, extracted from Egyptian orange tree blossoms just as they begin to bloom, and Italian Bergamot essential oil, sourced from small, family-owned farms in Calabria. Neroli essential oil is known for its refreshing citrus aroma and for helping to cleanse oily, acne-prone skin. Bergamot essential oil has a classic floral aroma and is known to remove dirt and impurities for a more radiant complexion.
Our Shaving Cream can be applied with or without a brush, stays on your face while shaving, and is easily rinsed away when finished.

Lathering up is the 2nd step in The Art of Shaving's trademarked 4 Elements of the Perfect Shave™ (preceded by applying Pre-Shave Oil). Our Shaving Cream can be applied with or without a brush:
WITH A BRUSH (RECOMMENDED): Rinse your face with hot water to stimulate skin, open pores, and soften beard hair for an easier shave. Then, wet your brush thoroughly under hot water before applying a fingerful of shaving cream to the center. Apply to your face in quick, circular movements to exfoliate the skin and produce a rich lather. Shave with the grain on your first pass. If a closer shave is desired, re-lather and shave against the grain. Rinse with cold water and apply After-Shave Balm.
WITHOUT A BRUSH: Place shaving cream directly onto wet skin and massage into a lather using your hands.
